Why work with Jason
Property care grounded in service and real estate experience
Jason brings a background in real estate, hospitality, hotel management, and short-term rental operations. Before real estate, he earned a degree in Hospitality Business, worked for years in hotel management, and successfully operated short-term rentals in Chicago. That experience matters because this service is built around trust, communication, property care, vendor coordination, and solving problems before they become bigger issues.
Giving back
Local service with a larger purpose
A portion of proceeds from Pohlonski Home Concierge supports One More Moment, a Michigan-based nonprofit helping adults with advanced cancer create meaningful moments with loved ones.
